Before we work on your sample edit, we need to know a few details about your work to assign you an editor or a team of editors. Please contact us with your requirement and be sure to include any special requests.

While the length of your free sample depends on the length, nature, and genre of your manuscript, document, or web page, the general guidelines are:

For fiction and non-fiction manuscripts:

Completed book-length manuscript: four pages (approximately 1,000 words).
Incomplete manuscript: three pages (approximately 750 words)
Short story: two pages (approximately 500 words)

For technical content (IT, academic, medical, and legal documents):

One page (approximately 250 words)

For web content:

One internal web page (not the Home page)
